Born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Tiffany’s background is rooted in leadership, team building, and creating meaningful experiences for people. Over the years, she built her career leading teams and operations at a high level—bringing structure, communication, and a people-first mindset into everything she does.
As a single mom, she built that career through hard work, consistency, and a genuine passion for connecting with others.

Aaron Lemons
A Lubbock, TX native, Aaron's entrepreneurial journey started young. After moving to the DFW area, he rose quickly in the ranks at Chili’s, where he met Tiffany. Driven by his dream of business ownership, Aaron left the corporate world and entered the roofing industry.
With no prior experience, Aaron’s hard work and natural leadership propelled him to roles like Trainer of the Year, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Operations for major roofing companies.
