True Bond Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services including inspections, repairs, replacements, insurance claim assistance, and related construction work.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Estimates provided by True Bond Roofing are non-binding and subject to change upon detailed inspection. All work is subject to final written agreement between the customer and True Bond Roofing.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in rescheduling delays.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your signed work agreement. We accept cash, check, credit card (W/ 3% processing fee), Zelle, Venmo, and approved financing options. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Labor Warranty on full roof replacements unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary and are subject to their terms.

True Bond Roofing is not liable for damages beyond the scope of the agreed-upon work, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, weather-related delays, or existing structural issues not visible at the time of inspection.
